The steady stream of bad luck seems to continue raining down on the Ukrainian superstars from Natus
The steady stream of bad luck seems to continue raining down on the Ukrainian superstars from Natus Vincere, who are stuck in Sarajevo airport on the sixth hour since arriving.
Natus Vincere yesterday managed to arrive in Vienna, after being denied on Wednesday. The team managed to get on a plane for Sarajevo today at 13:00CET, but sad news met them as they arrived in Sarajevo.
Bosnian customs stopped the Ukrainians upon arrival and denied them entry into the country, claiming they lacked visa to enter. The customs busily tried to deport them onto the next flight back to Vienna, but there were no vacant seats on the flight.
The Ukrainians called up the Ukrainian consul, to get the matter solved and Adepto BH Open organizers had gone to the airport to help out. The Adepto organizers were however not able or allowed to help the Ukrainian team in any way and the Ukrainian consul still hasn’t showed up to look into the case.
Flight OS 757 from Vienna to Sarajevo touched down somewhere past 14:00CET and since then the Ukrainians have been held back by the Bosnian customs. After three hours of wait, they managed to access WiFi and someone brought them food. The past four hours the team has furthermore been without their passports.

The latest news is that the Ukrainians are still detained, though without any food or drinks, as well as no access to a restroom, Yegor "markeloff" Markelov refers to it as "airport prison", based on his latest tweet. Na´Vi were originally supposed to play their matches as we speak, but their matches have been postponed till it has been settled whether they will enter Sarajevo, or be deported.
We will continue to update you on the matter as soon as we have more information on the case.
